Anna Marie Prim is the Founder of HR + Safety Congress and an experienced HR executive and organizational leader with a passion for elevating the HR profession and strengthening workplace and community preparedness.

Drawing on firsthand experience navigating workplace crises, disasters, and complex organizational challenges, Anna Marie created HR + Safety Congress to bring HR, safety, risk, and community leaders together in a shared learning environment. Her work focuses on breaking down silos, fostering collaboration, and translating real-world experience into practical, people-centered solutions.
